30 Day Return Policy
Returns and/or exchanges are allowed within 30 days of customer receiving order.
Within 30 Days:
- For a return due to buyer remorse – Customer must pay to ship product back to our offices and a 30% restocking fee.
- For a return due to defective unit/filter – We will issue call tag to have unit picked up or email a return label, ship replacement unit at no additional cost to customer. If customer does not want a replacement unit, customer must pay shipping back to our offices and pay the 30% restocking fee.
- For a return due to a shipping/order entry error – Issue call tag to have unit picked up or email a return label, ship replacement unit at no additional cost to customer. If customer does not want a replacement unit, customer must pay shipping back to our offices and pay the 30% restocking fee.
- For a return due to a customer mistake – Customer must pay to ship product back to our offices and the 30% restocking fee, once received, we will ship a replacement but will charge the customer shipping for the replacement unit.
- For a return due to a damaged/scratched unit – Issue damage call tag to have unit picked up or email a return label, ship replacement unit at no additional cost to customer. If customer does not want a replacement unit, we will charge the 30% restocking fee.
There are no returns or refunds after 30 days.
